📌 1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with jaya88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

📋 1.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid payment method. jaya88 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any balances held.

jaya88 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Only one account is permitted per individual, household address, IP address, device, and payment method. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any funds or bonuses associated with those accounts may be voided.

✅ 1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, jaya88 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bKash or Nagad account screenshot showing your registered name).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. jaya88 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by outstanding KYC requirements.

💳 2.1 Deposits

jaya88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

jaya88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned where possible, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. jaya88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your account verification status.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that have completed KYC verification.

• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse on the account.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawable balance.

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on jaya88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). jaya88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs arising from a player's own bank or mobile wallet provider are the player's sole responsibility.

From time to time, jaya88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds that are kept separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within that period will be automatically removed from your account.
• jaya88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, and IP address.

⚙️ 3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using third-party or shared payment methods to circumvent account limits, placing hedged bets across multiple outcomes solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. jaya88 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void all winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the account of any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of organised cheating with other players.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party, including acting as an agent or proxy for another person.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider without a legitimate dispute.

jaya88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals pending investigation.

All content on the jaya88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the exclusive property of jaya88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of Platform content without prior written consent from jaya88 is strictly prohibited.

⚖️ 6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jaya88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

jaya88 is not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third-party payment providers, game studios, or any external services integrated with the Platform. Any disputes relating to game outcomes provided by third-party studios must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

🌐 6.3 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. jaya88's decision on all matters relating to account management, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal approvals shall be final and binding, subject only to the arbitration process described in this clause.

Your use of the jaya88 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. jaya88 implements SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information.

🔚 7.2 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to no outstanding withdrawal restrictions or active bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method.

jaya88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, jaya88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
